Heater problem
1997 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Automatic 15000 miles

my heater won't shut off and makes a clicking noise when i turn it on. When i shut it off it still blows out low

Hi:
You need to first check the switch. When you turn it off, there should be no power being sent to the resister. If there is, the switch needs replaced.
