The car is not getting gas it needs to requlate speed when going up hill or stopping and starting. We have replaced the plugs, oxigen sensors, and the fuel filter. There seems to be no problem shifting it just can't get the fuel it needs to regulate speed.

Need to start by checking fuel pressure at the fuel rail minimum of 49 psi.
