Read 11.64 V. at pig tail harness to cooling fans - and replaced whole assy. unit. Fans work on bench test. ?? Hours spent !!!! Still dont work ?
Can jump both fan assy's. and they work fine ???
What is going on !!!??

Turn AC on does the fan come on check coolant fan switch will not suspect fan relay module at the front left of frame support
