I have broken my tail light on my Dodge 97 caravan. The lights are working well. Can I just buy the tail light cover online, instead of the whole fixture? Is there a way to change only the tail light plate?

No, the lens isn't available by itself. You need to get the entire assembly. Before getting it online, I would check around at salvage yards. When you add in the shipping from the online ones, sometimes they end up costing more.
