What will happen to Brake system if Accidentaly half a quart of transmission fluid was added? Brakes are locking up what kind of repair am I looking at? Can it be flushed somehow?

you will have to replace just about everything. anything with rubber will need to be changed. master cylinder, all brake hoses, calipers and wheel cylinders, plus flushing out the whole system. the oil will expand anything rubber in system
