What is causing brake pads to drag on front rotors? Changed out calipers and pads, and still they are dragging. Would this be ABS related or hydraulic manifold? Thanks,

When the drag happens jack up one side and loosen the bleeder, does it spin free now? If yes chang the flex hose, if no, check rear brakes and master cylinder and fluid for signs of contamination...such as some one putting tranny or power steering fluid in the master...if it has a ride hieght sensing valve in the rear, it may need to be adjusted, you need a pressure gauge to do that!
