i need help removing the windshield motor of a 1997dodge caravan im assuming its the motor because I can hear the motor but the arms are straining to move they will move if I force them by hand thank you and hope u can help

They're all basically the same: remove the wiper arms, remove the cowling below the windshield, unfasten the crank from the wiper linkage (and check the crank and linkage for free operation), remove the motor--usually three bolts to the firewall.
