1996 dodge caravan won't start

I have a 1996 dodge caravan, 4 cylinder and roughly 180,000 miles on it. When I try to start it, all i get is a clicking noise. Just need to know what could possibly be the problem.

check the battery. sounds like it's weak.

checked the battery and it is fully charged.

sounds to me like a starter issue or possibly a selonoid
