the problem is my windshield wipers once i turn them on they do not turn off right away. And when i turn my van off the wipers still go. My left blinker will work when it wants to Dodge told me that my motor is on my wipers needs to be replaced. and that the switch on the blinkers so i replaced the switch for the blinker still have the same problem left blinker works when it wants. i think it is an electical problem not sure what to think of at this point.
