Intermitent vibrations at higher speeds, car shakes,
coins rattle in coin holder
usually happens above 80 km, happens more when going up hills, change to third gear does not vibrate going up hill, can go half hr or more without it happening. does not happen under 70 km.

Have you checked the general things like tire balance, bent rim, CV joints...?

yes had front wheels balanced. checked cv joints
did not check bent rim
