1996 Dodge Caravan Turn Signal problem

- both left and right turn signals are not working
- change all signal lights (front and rear) with no help
- reset battery, fuse with no change
- all lights normal (high/low beam, stop/rear light)
- wiper ok

The turn signal switch/ hazzard switch sends a signal to the combination flasher/DRL(Daytime running light)module. The wires are Light Blue/White and Light Blue/Yellow. You can check these at the base of the steering collumn. Check the wires using a test light connected to Batt(-). Probe the wire and turn the turn signals either to the left or right. Is there voltage on the wires? Check both wires and in both directions(left and right). Let's start there since NONE of the blinkers are working. If there's NO VOLTAGE on either wire in either direction, replace the turn signal switch if you're sure there are NO BLOWN FUSES. Repost and let me know what you find. Good luck...

P.S. Make sure the key is ON when you're checking for the voltage.
