my transmission works fine until my first stop. Then it does not want to come out of first gear.

Upon occasion, it will work fine.
Fluid has been changed , but maybe a bit high.

Is there a vacuum tube that assists the shifting ?

Or is there a shift kit that will help?

If you have the overdrive transaxle it means there may be something slipping internally. You have almost 200,000 miles, I 'm glad this is the first time this has happened. Although you serviced it your going to have to have the TCM scannesd for transmission fault codes. It has a computer of it's own and the trans has self-diagnostics. If it doesn't feel like it is slipping, it may just be an electronic sensor. There are input and output sensors that, if their speeds don't agree will put the unit into 'limp-in' mode. Then you'll have second gear only. If it's slightly overfilled it should not make that big a difference but it should be checked when hot. Try scanning the TCM computer. ok
If it's just a 3-speed auto, no, there is no vacuum lines. Only shift cable and manual lever adjustments.
