1996 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

How do you remove the belt tension pulley assembly from a 96 Grand Caravan SE w/3.3L engine. Cannot reach retaining bolt from under the alternator. From underneath you can barely see the nut.
