1996 Dodge Caravan shakes when i hit like 40 mph

My van starts to shake really bad when it hits 40 mph then stops after like 50 mph. I had it aligned and balanced even rotated tires, then put new tires and it still does it, what can it be?

Check your ball joints and tie rod ends.
