Electrical problem
1996 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
I have been told I need to replace the power control module in my van. When I go to auto parts store, they tell me that an "Ignition Control Module" and the PCM, are one and the same....is this true? I have been told that if I purchase an Accell 300+ Ignition Control Module, that this will suit my needs.....is this true? Where would I find installation instructions? Or where can I find a Power Control Module for my van??

check the mass airflow sensor and the air filter along with the little breather filter inside the airfilter box, you may need a new mass airflow sensor though. unplug it too, to see if it will start, if it does then it is definitely the mass airflow sensor
