1996 Dodge Caravan Output Speed Sensor Circuit?

My better half has been noticing lately that her van doesnt like to shift into the higher speed gearing unless she stops somewhere and shuts the van down and then restarts it after about 5 to 10 minutes. After that, her van seems to work just fine.
The codes are as follows: P0731 Gear Ratio Incorrect and P0720 Output Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction.
This all started after routine maintenance, I checked the fluids and cleaned the battery and the terminals. Yes I put them back on correctly so dont even ask...lol

ATF+ tranny fluid was used Only !!!! I would replace input and output speed sensors
