Van will not Start with new fuel pump has no fuel in line -New fuel filter- relay is good - fuse is OK - Has Spark -fuel in tank -no noise in tank from fuel pump--- Could it be the camshaft position Sensor

Do you hear the fuel pump come on when you turn key to run? If so check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump if not check the fuel pump fuse and fuel pump relay
