Van will not Start with new fuel pump has no fuel in line -New fuel filter- relay is good - fuse is OK - Has Spark - fuel in tank - no noise in tank from fuel pump--- Could it be the camshaft position Sensor

I gave you something to work with -stay in your original post and do what I've suggested and comeback with some results before I can continue to help you-The sensors got nothing to do with no fuel in line-Maybe for spark and injector synchronization
