Hello I have a minivan that I just purchased for a used car lot. The van drive well and looked good when I test drove it. I took in for an oil change and was told I needed to change the Serpentine Belt. I took it back to the car lot and they replaced it. When I drove it home I noticed it was heating up. I have replaced the radiator cap and it will still heat up when I drive on the highway especially on hot days. I have noticed the fan will not start. Could this be the issue? How do I replace it if so? Thank you

Could be a problem with the coolant temperature sensor not telling the computer on time to energize the fan relays. or the thermostat and the fan motor itself-
