My car died on a monday morning after a long drive, i happen to tow it to the nearby mechanic who used a hammer to start the vechicle and told me that it is the fuel pump and will be $279 for the fuel pump and $180 for the labor. Can you please tell me is it really the fuel pump and how much it will be to repair it?
