1996 Dodge Caravan Fuel filter???

Hesitated when I gave it gas. Filled it up with premium and added dry gas. Problem soon got worse. Hesitates real bad when you give it gas. Push on gas harder and it comes to life. Almost stalls but doesn't when idling. After it warms up, it doesn't hesitate as bad. We live in Puerto Rico, is it warm weather and condensation?? Any suggestions will help...

with the mileage you have I would check the tune up and wires 1st
