1996 Dodge Caravan cant get brake lights to work

I have replaced the fuse the switch and all of the bulbs the only brake light that comes on is the one on the trunk. The tail lights work fine and so does the turn signals .....any Ideas....

Hi, white wire with tan tracer carries voltage for brake lites to rear lamp assembly. With the brake switch activated, I'd have to check for voltage on that circuit. If no voltage, I'd backtrack the circuit, wiring info appears to show a splice,but, doesn't give the splice location.
