1996 Dodge Caravan brake lights

1996 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have turn signals but i do not have any brake lights, parking lights we have checked fuses and wires and relays they were working fine till i fixed relay to my heater. My dads a mech. and still cant find the problem can you help?

Check fuse no.16 20amp and fuse no.6 40amp -if okay test the park lamp relay and the body control module
