1996 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl Automatic

I have a 96 dodge caravan will not start it ws working about 5 mins ago I came in the house to put some things away I was in the house a good 5 mins when I went back to go to the store I turn the key but it wont crank the lights come on an the radio I makes nose but wont crank then when I went to raise up the windows it came up slow

If the window runs slow too, I would start by making sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. If they are, remove the battery and have it load tested at a parts store. Most do it for free with the hopes of selling you a new battery. Have that done and let me know what you find.
