1996 Caravan brake fluid leaks!

Hey good evening. I currently have a 1996 dodge caravan. I have a serious problem with the brake fluid it leaks out rapidly I noticed the leak coming from a small box or pump located on the left real side under the vehicle. So I would like to know what is the part`s name so I can replace it asap

-sounds like the proportioning valve. Do you see 2 brake lines going to it.
