1995 Dodge Caravan squealing from back end intermitten

i have a high pitch squeal from the back end of the van that stops when I use the brakes...but always returns..any ideas?

Have the ALL the brakes inspected, you may have a broken spring, or hold down inside the drum, or a wear sensor hitting the rotor if they are disc back there...
