1995 Dodge Caravan Leaking Gas

I found my Caravan leaks gas in the injecter or fuel pressure regulater are, and I can not pin point the location. When the engine is warm there is no leaking, but when the temperature around 30 F degree,it leaks gas very bad.

I took the car to the dealer for service,they can not find out the problem. anyone can tell me what is wrong ? Thanks

If the leak is near the fuel rail, chances are there is a bad O-ring on one of the injectors (where it enters the engine). This, however, is odd for a Chrysler product. If you remove the vacuum line from the regulator, does it leak?
