Electrical problem
1995 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi, I have a grand caravan that died. The fuel pump wasn't running, but after disassembly I found that I am not always getting the 12 volts at the pump. When I turn the key sometimes the pump will run and shut off via the relay showing 12 volts then dropping off like it should. But after two times... the third time I get nothing, no volts and no relay sounds. I have checked continuity and all seems fine could this be the ignition? or is there a sensor somewhere? any help would be appreciated.
