1995 Dodge Caravan EGR valve

I was puting on a nut on the egr valve bult. and i broke off on the left side. I was making noises so i put it on. As i was tighting up the nut it broke. I was wondering if i can weld it or do i have to take it in to get fixed?

I would see if the stud unscrews what do you have to loose at this point.You cant weld it.
