1995 Dodge Caravan burning oil

runs grate with power but burnes oil (light blue not black ) suspect sprak plugs or regular tuen up.please help.

If its actually blue in color-tune-up and plugs ain't gonna do no good what needs to be done is a compression and cylinder leakdown tests-this will point where the leakage is. Valves/Rings etc-
