I just finished this on a 95 Plymouth voyager with the 3.3 liter engine and four-speed transmission. Yours may be similar.
1. Jack up and support the driver's side and remove the left front wheel. Using a block to avoid denting the oil pan, apply a little jack pressure to the bottom of the engine and/or transmission.
2. Remove the inner wheel well splash shield to reveal a single bolt head recessed in a hole in the side of the fender well and three bolts below it.
3. Open the hood and remove what's called the damper, actually just about a two-inch-long cap nut, poking through the fender well into the engine compartment on the driver's side.
4. Go back to the wheel well and remove the long bolt from the recessed hole.
5. Remove the three bolts holding the mount bracket to the transmission. Slide the bracket out of its frame support.
6. Bend up the metal tabs to remove the mount from the bracket. Slide the new one into the bracket and bend the tabs up to secure it.
7. Reinstall the mount bracket on the transmission and the long bolt through the frame support holes. Reinstall the damper.
