The fuel pump on my 1994, 121,000 miles, Dodge Caravan won't prime. It had been giving me intermittent problems for the previous two months. After shutting down one day it would not start and the pump wouldn't fire-up. It sat for apx 1 week and fired back up on its on. I drove it for 2 weeks and then it presented the same problem(s). I replaced the fuel pump, filter and all the fuel hoses (as well as rotor & distributor cap). Thru-out repair process it would present the same problem(s) - we thought it was the fuel pump harness (which was visibly damaged, by us during repair - damaged ground terminal). We repaired the terminal connection ourselves and the van ran for exactly one trip, not re-starting after first stop. I replaced the harness and now NOTHING. Fuel pump won't prime. I get voltage between blue wire of harness and ground but nothing at the green, etc... Please help me asap - I'm pulling my hair out.

No power at dark green and black wire, the power for it comes from the fuel pump relay-check and test it
