1994 Dodge Caravan fuel pump current

Parked the van and it would not start the next day.
Can't get fuel. have new pump and filters. Pump runs but can't get fuel and no current . Had the pump checked and they said it was good that it is an electrical problem. All the fuses are good. Do you have any idea what it might be? I have been told it was the brain to engine and also the regulator or a sensor. If that is it where would they be located at?

Test the ASD and fuel pump relay-if okay its coming from the computer-
