1994 Dodge Caravan electrical shorts

We have had fuses blow on the van which loses the radio, remote door opener and power locks. We have replaced the fuses only to have the system fail right after. Could there be a short somewhere?

Yes it sounds like you have a short. I would try disconnecting the items that run to the fuse one at a time to see if that stops the fues from blowing.
