1994 Dodge Caravan diagnostic codes

Hi, I wanted to know how to find my diagnostic codes, and how to read them. My check engine light comes on after I drive for 1/2 hour. The van runs great. Any information on this subject, would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Tim.

Self diagnose :
cycle ignition key ON OFF ON OFF ON
check engine light will blink the codes for you

code 12 * ** blink once pause blink twice
code 55 ***** ***** blink 5 times pause blink 5 times

and so on
