1993 Dodge Caravan gas mileage.

I installed a K&N air filter, also changed MAP sensor, and TPS( Throtlle position sensor), my caravan has lost of power but iit is barely making 11 MPG. What should I check?

Has the check engine light come on? Also, you wrote it has "lost" of power. Did you mean it has lots of power? If there is a power loss, have you checked the catalytic converter?

Thank you for your advice. I meant lots of power, adicional to that I changed the oxygen sensor, and no codes are coming out from the computer. Lately I noticed a little hole in the catalitic converter, once I saw water coming out of it. I still do not know what is hapennig. Could it be the catalitic converter?

You should get the cat repaired if it is leaking. It could have an affect on the o2 sensors and also, the MPG.
