1992 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

key tumbler went bad. Put new one in. Now springs back. When try to start has no power to the small wire on the starter. Big wire has power on the starter
where does the power run from to the small wire. Also blower fan inside car has no speed. Resistor has been replacedmotor has power?Confused thanks steve

Red wire on starter runs straight from the battery, the brown wire on starter runs to the starter relay which is mounted at the left shock housing, under hood. For the blower, if it has power getting to it but will not operate then check the ground wiring.
