1992 Dodge Caravan Fans will not work

I have a 92 Dodge Caravan and the A/C and cooling fan to the radiator will not come on. in which the van runs hot. I have replaced both the A/C and fan relays, temp sensor,flushed the radiator. I have jumped both fans and they work. Any ideas?
