1992 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

When i first start the car after it sits a few mins it hesitates and i have to put it in nutral and rev the engine for it to move. Also when i unscrew my gas cap i have alot of pressure release.

Inspect and test the idle air control motor and t hrottle position sensor also for the pressure problem have the evaporative control system checked-
