HOW DO I TAKE THE BRAKE DRUM OFF,I'VE TOOK THE WHEEL OFF BUT I CANT GET THE DRUM OFF TO CHANGE THE BRAKES

Probably rusted on the hub. Spray WD40 on hub area take big rubber malet smite drum on outer edge repeat as necessary.
