1991 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

wont shift out of 2nd gear, no check engine light is on, goes in reverse,1st and 2nd but thats it

Suspect tranny solenoid pack
and or speed sensors
do a TCM code check
