Two kinds:
one has a clip, it pulls out slightly after you raise the wiper arm up slightly. That clip pulls out but doesn't come off.
The other has a plastic cover that just lifts off, then loosen the 13mm and pull up on the arm and it should come off its splines. I used to use a battery terminal tool. If you see a clip, it just pulls out easily after lifting the arm around 30 degrees, then allow the arm to drop back down and this keeps the clip from re-locking. It just pulls out and you push the arm back on to install it. Hope this helps slightly.
You may have to install it a couple of times to line it up correctly.
