At speed higher that 45 seem like it is upshifting and down shifting

This may be from a problem with either a sensor or an internal problem. Check the fluid. The overdrive is electro-hydraulically controlled and has self diagnostic codes. You'll need to scan the TCM to be sure. ok Congratulations on the high mileage.
