Welcome to the forum, there is not another one, that I know about. Did you check the circuits at the fan relay? Underhood, driver side fender lining. Wiring colors at the connector, gray-- lite green-- dark blue with pink strip-- dark blue. Are there any trouble codes? You can take fan connector loose, use jumper wires from battery for B+ and ground, use inline fuse, just to see if fan will run.

As far as the relay, voltage to load side of relay is hot all the time, voltage to coil side of relay goes hot with the key on. The computer grounds the coil side of relay in order to energize.
