My van has to be jumped. Once it is jumped it runs fine. The next morning my van will be dead and has to be jumped again. It has a new battery, and a new alternator. A diagnostic meter showed that when the engine was off one of the relay switches was still running. So we assumed it was draining the battery. Come to find out the relay switch is a backup light relay switch. Which now telsl me that wasn't causing the problem. After jumping it this morning the back windshield wiper came on and would not turn off, until I removed the fuse. Approximately one month ago a new fuel pump was put in. A new hot wire and ground wire were placed on it. Can anyone offer any suggestions on what the problem could be?

Hello again !
May I suggest a draw test
make sure key off and out every thing you know close and off
disconnect the battery negative side use a test light to link the cable with the battery if light on and bright you have a draw start pulling fuses out and watch the light
light go out or dim a lot u found the circuit the causing the draw
investigate that circuit
and if you suspect an area disconnect it.
You are looking for the light to go out or dim
good luck
