1989 Dodge Caravan will not start

I have checked the starter, the battery, and the alternator. They are all fine. Fuses are fine. But car will not start. Attempted to jump start. Will not turn over.

If battery full and starter tested OK jumping starter did not crank the engine
check wire from battery to starter and check for a good ground

That old and that many miles theres a chance your ignition swich could be bad. Not sure how to test it though have you tried starting it by jumping the starter to tell if the solinoid is bad
