1989 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

A 1989 dodge caravan has no power to any system except the starter and the 4-ways.Will not crank but has good battery.Bad computer?

Have you checked the power distribution box under the hood for a bad fuse?
