1987 Dodge Caravan drive shaft on the drivers side

I need information on why a drive shaft will break after you have repaired it. i have repaired the driver side drive shaft and every time i take it on a test drive it breaks again. please answer me back.

When you say it brake you mean it comes of the tranny
check the clip at the end of the axle
