1985 Dodge Caravan

My car will not start. The battery is fine replaced a bad start was running although slow to crank over due to being cold. Any suggestions?

Is your battery not starting the car ayt all. Do you have any electrical power at all? Is this a new battery? When you turn the key, do you hear anything and will it takec a jump start? If you look under 'site map' it explains how to test a van like yours for a no start, no crank.
