2007 Dodge Caliber Stuck

"Engine light comes on, car can't go faster than 25 miles an hour, 5 miles an hour uphill, pedal to the floor and no rpm gauge response. Oil is fine fluids are fine, don't know where to check the tranny fluid though

The throttle position sensor(TPS) is usually located on the side of the thottle body.
TP sensor faillure is common because it has parts that moves each time the accelerator is depressed or released.
It may be or not be the actual problem.
If you can get the code(s) anytime, I'll help.
Autozone has campagn to do it for free.
